Here at PinkSilver we're committed to helping young women raise their self-esteem, rid themselves of any irrational insecurities and reach their full potential. We are doing this through a series of talks, art workshops, tea parties and all kinds of fun and exciting events! We are also collaborating with charities we trust to raise awareness on important women's issues.
We believe that growth and learning should be free where possible so for our events please just bring yourselves, have a willingness to try new things and venture into new territory, all within a relaxed and an incredibly supportive environment.
If you feel you believe in what we do and would like to make a donation, please make one directly to the two official charities we support:

Time: 18:30 - 21:30
The Tatiana Giraud Foundation in collaboration with Sanctum Soho Hotel is proud to present the private screening of the documentary LUMO: A Young Woman’s Story To Heal From Rape in Congo.
This event is being held to raise awareness for women in the Congo who have suffered the most horrific sexual and human rights abuses. The evening will start at 6.30pm with an introduction by Tatiana Giraud from The Tatiana Giraud Foundation about the cause she so fervently supports and champions. This introduction will be followed by the screening of the documentary LUMO: A young Woman's Story to Heal From Rape in Congo. This is an insightful, thought provoking and extremely touching documentary about the plight of one woman from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
20-year old Lumo Sinai had everything to look forward to in life, until the day that she was brutally raped. She was left suffering from a condition called fistula that rendered her incontinent and turned her into a social outcast within her community.
LUMO follows the story of this brave young woman, as she faces the challenge of recovery with remarkable courage, grace and good humour.
The evening will include drinks, canapés and a raffle draw. Prizes will include:
• £100 voucher for a holiday with Flight Centre
• 1-hour Dermalogica Facial Voucher with Beauty Essence, Mayfair
• A bottle of 1996 Tattinger and many other beautiful gifts from our generous sponsors
In addition, Pinksilver will be there on the night, with 10% of all proceeds being donated to the Trust. There will also be an opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with our guest Tamara Kinja, who carried out an internship at the renowned Panzi Hospital in Bukavu.
This promises to be a very enjoyable and informative evening and we look forward to seeing you on the night.
